We are looking for an entrepreneurial Communications Manager to join our Global Communications team to help advance Hasbro's narrative as a leading toy and game company! This role will have a particular emphasis on digital gaming. You'll be part of the dynamic Global Communications team at Hasbro reporting to the VP of Corporate Communications. You'll work closely with the Brand Publicity Team, our communications and leadership teams at Hasbro, our Wizards of the Coast division and our video game studios: Archetype, Skeleton Key, Invoke Studios and Atomic Arcade. This is a newly created role at Hasbro and an opportunity to chart a path in a high profile, high growth potential category. 
This is a hybrid role and is a combination of remote and onsite at our Renton, WA office.
A day in the life as a Communications Manager : 
Implement comprehensive communications strategies that elevate Hasbro's reputation and profile 
Manage announcements, relationships with journalists and coordinate media outreach and responses 
Prepare Hasbro spokespeople for media interviews, speaking engagements, and industry events 
Collaborate with our video game studios and partners to manage news and announcements 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure communication consistency and effectiveness 
Guide agencies and partners
What you'll bring:  4+ years of experience in communications either in-house or an agency with a particular focus on digital gaming 
Deep understanding of fan communities
Proven skills in managing media relations and industry event presence
Exceptional skills in crafting messaging and developing communication strategies
High-level interpersonal and leadership skills to manage spokespersons and coordinate cross-divisional teams 
Succinct and creative writing skills
Creativity, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
Resourcefulness, proactivity and the ability to work independently
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the U.S. salary range for this role: $67,000 to $123,000 . Starting salaries will vary within the stated range based on various factors including but not limited to geographic location, experience, skill set, knowledge, education, performance, market demands and budgetary considerations. The range listed is just one component of Hasbro's total compensation package for employees. Employees may also be eligible for annual and long-term incentives. In addition, Hasbro provides a variety of benefits to employees.?
