They are seeking a Commercial Loan Processor with at least 2 years of prior experience that will support their loan officers and be a valuable member of the team. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to meet productivity standards & targets. Complete due diligence quality reviews, by providing a detailed review of retail and correspondent approved loans, including credit, income, and asset analysis and findings. Remain current on banking regulations and responsibilities relating to titles, mortgages, liens, and other aspects of the loan collateral position. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or other relevant fields of study (strongly preferred; may be substituted with experience). Ability to work well in a team environment.
