Position Overview: Seeking a Project Manager with at least 4 years of experience in commercial drywall construction, adept at estimating and project management. This role involves overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Compensation: $95,000 to $150,000 base + bonus/commissin struture
Estimator/Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurate estimating of project costs, including materials, labor, and subcontractors.
* Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Coordinate resources effectively for project execution.
* Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
* Enforce quality control measures and compliance with safety standards.
* Identify and mitigate project risks.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary.
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the commercial drywall industry.
* Proficiency in construction estimating software.
* Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
* Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.
* PMP certification a plus.
