Superintendent Qualifications :
* 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent working on Healthcare
* B.S. in a Construction related degree is preferred, but other applicants with equivalent experience will also be considered
* Must have a work history with a General Contractor
* Able to work and travel out of town multiple weeks in a row
* Vast knowledge of safety procedures and regulations with a proven history of upholding those policies and procedures
