Commercial Construction Project Estimator

A well-established and reputable Commercial General Contractor has an immediate need for a proven Estimator to join their organization. This is a great opportunity to work with a stable company that has been in business for over half a century providing General Contracting, Construction Management and Design/Build services for select clients. They specialize in ground-up construction and renovations in various market sectors. Projects are typically in the $5-50 million range. This is not for a contract hire, but a long-term career as they have an extensive backlog of upcoming projects.
Estimator Duties:
* Responsible for bid day preparation
* Preconstruction communications
* Bid documents such as plans and specifications
* Maintaining job folder organization
* Conceptual budgets/project costs based on quantity surveys with senior staff
Estimator Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience as an Estimator for a licensed General Contractor
* Candidates should have a four-year degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Architecture, Engineering or up to four years of directly related field experience
