What You'll Do The intern position for ITS (Information Technology Services) Business Process & Change Management will learn best practices and tactical deliverables to develop business process documentation, OCM plans, and drive engagement and adoption. 
Support the IT Business Process & Change Management professionals with project tasks and deliverables. Help with application administration tasks and customer service support for users. Participate in communications and change management planning. Help support department planning and operations. Develop articles supporting general IT operations as well as initiative-specific communications. Learn about IT, current strategic initiatives, and alignment between ITS and SRP business areas. Learn about and support change management deliverables around various change initiatives. Support meeting scheduling and coordination planning. SharePoint site maintenance and administration. What It Takes To Succeed Computer aptitude and ability to learn innovative technologies Outstanding customer service skills Strong work ethic Positive attitude Reliable and accountable Good problem-solving skills Attention to detail Good organizational skills Good written and verbal communication Proficiency with M365 Office Suite including: Teams Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook OneDrive Sway Experience College level coursework, preferably in an IT-related or Business curriculum.
Education College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.
Hybrid Workplace SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona. We are taking steps to protect the health and well-being of all team members, and by following a number of health and safety protocols, to reduce the risk of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
