What You'll Do The intern position for ITS (Information Technology Services) Business Process & Change Management will learn best practices and tactical deliverables to develop business process documentation, OCM plans, and drive engagement and adoption.
Support the IT Business Process & Change Management professionals with project tasks and deliverables. Help with application administration tasks and customer service support for users. Participate in communications and change management planning. Help support department planning and operations. Develop articles supporting general IT operations as well as initiative-specific communications. Learn about IT, current strategic initiatives, and alignment between ITS and SRP business areas. Learn about and support change management deliverables around various change initiatives. Support meeting scheduling and coordination planning. SharePoint site maintenance and administration. Education College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.
Hybrid Workplace SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
