• Correspond with branch network regarding customer disputes and required actions• Update notes in collection system• Process Repossession and Bankruptcy documentation• Process Change Requests in Salesforce and GetPaid Systems• Establish, Maintain and Revise files and records• Prepare recurring reports• Work on projects• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• Attention to detail• Clear communication skills (verbal and written)• Familiarity with E-mail
