We are expanding and looking to add a Cold Header Set Up Operator to our team! The successful candidate will have previous experience operating or set up experience on any of this style of headers: Sacma, Formax, Nedschroef, Nationals. If invited for an interview, please ask about the sign on bonus! Responsibilities Works Primarily on setups, troubleshooting with problem jobs and samples Instructs and assists all operators when needed, filling in as required. Document and follow-up on all changes made to the Header Cards. Check to ensure that all set-up procedures are being followed. Communicate information to other shifts regarding problems jobs. Make regular suggestions on changes to increase machine production. Fill in on pack assembly if needed for the Tool Service area. Completes all required paperwork Housekeeping of work area. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach. Good communication skills. High School Diploma or equivalent. Knowledgeable in use of precision measurement equipment. Able to demonstrate mechanical ability from previous work history or equivalent. Able to read a blueprint. You should be proficient in:
