Liberty of Oklahoma Corporation is now hiring CNAs for 'Habilitation Specialist' positions with our new state-of-the-art facility at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid. This is a challenging and rewarding position which will require you to work directly with adults who have developmental disabilities, mental illness and behavioral challenges.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Ensuring clients are well cared for and safe at all times, by providing direct services and face-to-face care Continuously monitoring client activities, behaviors, health and safety Providing appropriate interventions as necessary, when clients are at risk Assisting clients with their activities of daily living – and helping them build related skills Helping clients to build pro-social skills, which will foster their independence and good health As a Habilitation Specialist and full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare you can expect:
$18.54 per hour and up (approximately $38,500 annually) An additional $1.00 per hour / shift differential for any hours worked between 6:00pm and 6:00am $2,000 sign-on bonus ($500 paid with first pay check + $500 every 3 months for the first year of your employment)30 days of paid time off each year for holidays, vacation, sick leave, and personal days

You can choose to work one of the following available shifts options:
6:15 am to 3:00 pm 2:15 pm to 11:00 pm 10:30 pm to 7:00 am This position is considered 'safety sensitive' and will adhere to a zero tolerance policy of drug use, regardless of card holder status. Applicants will be required to submit to a comprehensive background check process & health screening (which includes a 10-panel drug test).
