CommQuest is currently seeking a CommQuest is currently seeking a Clinical Site Director for our Massillon Outpatient Office . The Clinical Site Director oversees the daily operations of a clinical facility specializing in mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse services. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and the effective management of clinical and administrative staff. The Clinical Site Director will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to foster a therapeutic environment that supports patient recovery and well-being.

Oversee recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of staff. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Ensure the delivery of evidence-based clinical services in mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse. Oversee patient intake, assessment, treatment planning, and discharge processes. Monitor patient progress and outcomes, ensuring high standards of care. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards. Implement and monitor quality assurance programs and initiatives. Develop and manage the site's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability. Oversee billing, coding, and reimbursement processes. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Build and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders. Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and forums. Advocate for the needs and interests of patients and the organization. Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies and initiatives. Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Identify and pursue opportunities for program development and expansion. Shift: Dayshift.
Minimum Qualifications : Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field. Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LISW-S), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC-S), or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse settings. At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare management systems. NextGen experience a plus! Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Valid OH Driver's License and reliable transportation is required. Must be willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and BCI/FBI background check.
