Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
Under the supervision of the Program Director - DUCC, the Clinical Administrative Manager provides support and assistance to the Program Director at Dore Clinic
Administrative Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with community services/referral sources
Scheduling
HR/personnel
Collection of client data
Program facility maintenance
IT/Avatar support
Miscellaneous projects
Available for assistance to clinicians as needed
Heavy data entry/typing
Medication Room Management:
Inventory tracking
Ordering
Ensuring pharmacy compliance
Room maintenance
Liaising with CBHS pharmacy
Clinical Responsibilities:
Assist with treatment plans
Chart review
On-call for staff coverage
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree and at least two (2) years experience performing office or advanced clerical duties preferred.
LVN/LPT Required
Strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to write clearly and concisely and to communicate professionally both in person and on the telephone.
Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Avatar.
Strong typing, word processing skills
Must be computer literate and comfortable assisting others.
Acceptable level of maturity, good judgment, and emotional stability.
