Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Support Representative to join our team at Motorola Solutions in Washington, D.C. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role. The ideal candidate will be independent, reliable, and possess strong presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat- Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients
Requirements:- 1+ years of experience in customer service or client support- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
