Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Support Officer. This is a remote work position based in San Antonio, Texas, with the opportunity for travel as needed. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:- Manage client inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and drive successful outcomes- Monitor client accounts and proactively identify potential issues or opportunities- Analyze client data and provide insights to improve overall client experience- Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a client support or customer service role- Independent and resilient personality traits- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
