Job Description:

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Support Officer to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Associate level role, the Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing assistance via phone, email, and in person- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences- Analyze and troubleshoot client issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve any challenges- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling- Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, proactively addressing any concerns to ensure a positive experience- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a client support or customer service role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities- High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
