Job Description:
MGM Resorts International is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Support Officer to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in an associate-level role with a leading hospitality and entertainment company.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and issue resolution3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns4. Maintain client records and documentation in a detailed and organized manner5. Support sales and marketing initiatives by communicating with clients and promoting products and services6. Provide feedback to management on client satisfaction and potential areas for improvement7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:1. 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software6. A dedicated and proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
