Client Support Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

Occidental Petroleum is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Support Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a full-time, work from home position at the Mid-to-Senior Level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a client support or customer service role. The Client Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of client support representatives, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of client support representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support- Develop and implement strategies to improve client support processes and efficiency- Monitor and analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and resolve escalations- Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence to effectively handle challenging client interactions- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client engagement and loyalty- Regularly communicate with clients to gather feedback and address concerns in a timely manner

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 7 years of experience in client support or customer service- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of strategic planning and problem-solving- Highly empathetic with a high level of emotional intelligence- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
