Client Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Client Support Associate to join our team at NiSource in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position is part-time with an associate level of seniority and requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner- Maintain client relationships by ensuring their needs are met and exceeded- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and opportunities- Conduct research to stay current on industry trends and best practices- Assist in the development and implementation of innovative solutions for clients- Keep accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance job performance

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in client support or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude- Experience with research and innovation in client support- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
