Job Description:

Autoliv, a leading automotive safety supplier, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Support Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have via phone, email, or in-person interactions- Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate solutions for client issues and escalate issues when necessary- Ensure client satisfaction by following up on inquiries and proactively addressing any potential issues- Assist with training and onboarding new clients, providing guidance on using our products and services- Continuously improve client support processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market changes to better serve our clients

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a client support or customer service role- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on people management- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues- Motivated and dedicated with a strong work ethic- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
