Job Description:

Freddie Mac is seeking a motivated and resilient Client Support Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions to their problems in a timely manner- Maintain a thorough understanding of Freddie Mac's products and services to effectively assist clients- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues- Document client interactions and feedback to provide valuable insights for product improvements- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive customer retention- Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training as needed- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- 3 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent teamwork and communication skills- Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving- Resilient attitude in high-pressure situations- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and learn new technologies- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
