We are looking for a Client Success Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients.  The Client Success Manager ensures the success of our clients by illustrating how Executech provides value to their company.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure successful onboarding of new clients Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure the clients are getting the most value from Executech Identify, manage and close new business opportunities with existing clients Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Act as a liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Requirements
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate and negotiate with internal and external clients Proven track record of consistently exceeding company objectives and quotas Maintain accurate client communication Experience with CRM systems Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills Self-driven and results oriented Benefits of working as a Client Success Manager in South Jordan, UT:
