Job Title: Client Services - Trade Associate Location: Pittsburgh PA - Hybrid Duration: 6+ Months Contract to hire Job Description: This role will assist multiple Operations teams who support Wealth Management, Operations though out the life of an account. The functional work performed supports processes related to Account Openings, KYC, Securities Processing, Various Cash Activities, Fees, Tax, Mortgage and Loan Origination/Advances/Payments, Deposits, Accounting, Reconciliations, Records Management and Account Closings.
Key Responsibilities: • Data entry and review of sensitive client information across multiple systems and processes
• Document management including scanning, filing, vault maintenance
• Processing of incoming and outgoing mail which includes checks, proxies, loan documentation, statements and various client communications
• Various project support tasks
• Trade Settlement
• Communication with internal stakeholders
