Job Description:

Zoom Video Communications is seeking a motivated and confident Client Service Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar client-facing role.

Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and resource for their needs- Conduct presentations and training sessions for clients, educating them on Zoom products and services- Assist with project management tasks, including coordinating client requests and ensuring deliverables are met on time- Track client activity and engagement, providing regular updates and reports to management- Contribute to the overall success of the client services team by sharing insights and best practices with colleagues- Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred- 2+ years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong project management abilities- Experience with presentation software and tools- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Motivated and confident attitude
