Client Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Client Service Representative at O'Reilly Automotive, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to all clients who visit our location in Charlotte, North Carolina. You will be the face of the company and the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their automotive needs. This position is part-time and suited for individuals at the entry level of their career.

Responsibilities:- Greet clients and provide them with information about products and services- Assist clients in finding the right automotive parts and accessories for their needs- Process client orders and ensure timely delivery- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience- Maintain a clean and organized work environment- Uphold the company's standards for client service and professionalism

Requirements:- Reliable and dedicated individual who is committed to providing excellent client service- Strong leadership skills and the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Willingness to learn about automotive parts and accessories- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
