Client Service Officer - Work From Home

Veritiv, a leading company in the industry, is currently seeking a passionate and confident Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work remotely from the comfort of your own home in Indianapolis, Indiana, US.

As a Client Service Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Key responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to provide support and assistance- Manage client accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up to date- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services- Take ownership of any client complaints or issues, working to find a resolution that satisfies both the client and the company- Provide feedback to the team on client needs and preferences to help improve our overall service

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Demonstrated adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Leadership skills, with the ability to take charge and make decisions when necessary
