Client Service Officer

Job Description:

General Electric is seeking a passionate and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are looking to launch their career in client services and are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions- Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any client-related issues- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the database- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention- Assist in the development of client service policies and procedures- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in client service best practices

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role- Strong decision-making and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
