Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Client Service Manager to join our team at W.W. Grainger in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client service management roles.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations- Lead a team of client service representatives to provide exceptional customer service- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and improve overall client experience- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Develop and implement client service strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction- Monitor client service metrics and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions- Provide regular reports to senior management on client service performance and initiatives

Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in client service management roles- Confident and dedicated personality traits- Strong research and leadership skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and teams- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred)
