Responsibilities
• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team• Actively recruit new clients and promote hospital services• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventative care, and pet health needs• Assist incoming and outgoing clients with necessary documentation and instructions• Manage finances and conduct administrative functions• Perform other job duties as assigned
