Client Service Coordinator

Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests. Coordinate client meetings and appointments, including scheduling and confirming. Maintain accurate client records and databases. Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and proposals. Handle client communications via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues. Monitor client accounts and provide support with billing and invoicing processes. Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Assist in organizing and coordinating client events and seminars. Perform other administrative tasks and duties as needed to support the client service team. Requirements: Previous experience in a client service or customer support role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
