Job Description:
KKR is seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Client Relations Associate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general support- Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement- Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:- Passion for providing exceptional customer service- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
