Acara Solutions is seeking a Client Account Coordinator to work directly with our client's customers to ensure they are getting the best warehousing and storage solutions for their products. 
?? Pay Rate is up to $25/hour 
?? This is a contract position through July 2024 
Responsibilities:  Serve as a point of contact between storage facilities, clients, and internal staff, managing incoming calls and tickets by redirecting inquiries to appropriate team members as required.  Maintain transparent and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and promptly addressing any potential issues, while ensuring all systems are kept current.  Actively engage in team meetings, contributing insights and sharing best practices, and offering support to colleagues when necessary.  Resolve any post go-live challenges in collaboration with the Customer Success Lead as needed.  Collaborate with the Team Lead to prioritize daily tasks. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the customer onboarding process, sharing insights with the team and updating templates and procedures as necessary.  Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Support, and Product Development to deliver a seamless experience for customers. Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required  Minimum 2 years' experience working in a customer support role  Minimum 2 years' experience working within numerous software programs at a time (this position will require you to work between and have 4 programs open at time)  Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
