Description:
Actalent is seeking an embedded software engineer to support a client in the advanced C4ISR space. They are a state of the art manufacturing facility that designs, engineers and manufacturers a wide range of C4ISR solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing embedded software solutions on ARM-based processors and microcontrollers.
Day to Day May Include...
Develop and implement embedded software solutions using C/C++ (C++ 14 and Above) on ARM-based processors
Design and implement network socket programming and VLAN programming for embedded systems
Test and Debug embedded Software
Document software designs, requirements, and test procedures

Familiarity with PKI, AS-SIP, and SRTP protocols
Familiarity with Yocto
