DEPCOM Power is looking for a Civil Superintendent to join DEPCOMs Construction team in the Subcontract or Self Perform division. This role involves 95% travel. Our Team
At DEPCOM Power, we design, build and operate some of the largest and most efficient solar plants for leading utility companies and asset owners. The construction team consists of two divisions including General Contracting and Self Perform. DEPCOMs Construction team is comprised of field experts in utility scale Solar construction. What You Will Do
* Oversee and manage multiple Civil subcontractors on site
* Identify, plan and mitigate schedule delays, quality control, safety hazards and other site related issues
* Ensure subcontractors work and site conditions are congruent with plans, specifications and contracts
* Maintain daily reporting for internal and external stakeholders
* Solve any Civil problems as they arise Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Civil experience
* Experience managing multiple subcontractors at once
* Experience with clearing, grading, erosion control and utilities
* Valid drivers license What Will Put You Ahead
* Experience with Self Perform in Civil
For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000 - $125,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
