Background: 4-8 years of civil litigation experience. Must be in good standing with the Arizona State Bar. Possess effective case management and strategy development. Representing clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials Communicate with client and counsel. Perform legal research and draft memoranda. Draft complaints, motions, and other pleadings and documents.
