Civil Foreman

gpac is partnered with a rising Civil Contractor in West Virginia who are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Civil Foreman
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
* Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records of materials, project activities, and equipment usage
* Implement and enforce safety regulations on-site
* Monitor project progress and find a solution to any potential identified issues
Qualifications:
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate crews
* Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction
* Superb organizational and communication skills
* Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
* Relevant certification or experience with wastewater treatment
* Familiarity with basic project management software
* Commitment to quality workmanship and project excellence
