Salary: $100K-$160K (salary flexible depends on experience)
Requirements: 4+ years experience as a Civil Engineer, Bachelor's Civil Engineering, experience in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management or related experience preferred

What You Will Be Doing Understanding the specifications for the project. Monitoring the contractors work for conformance to project specifications. Working as our client's representative on site during work. Representing clients in obtaining bids and awarding construction contracts. Reviewing and approving change orders. Performing field inspections. Recording field measurements and perform basic calculations. Assist with preparing design documents including construction drawings, bid documents and technical specifications. Preparation of cost estimates. Performing repair quantity take-offs from drawings. What You Need for this Position MUST HAVES
- 4 + years relevant experience
- Bachelor's Civil Engineering
- NICE TO HAVES
- AutoCAD and Revit experience
- Sitework experience including asphalt, concrete, drainage, grading, surveying etc.
- Building Repair/Renovation experience
- OSHA 10 Certification
- BricsCAD/Revit/AutoCAD
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Inspections experience and experience in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management or related experience
