Here, you'll have the opportunity to build a powerful foundation for America's future and yours. What we're seeking:The Circuit Design Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of the Circuit Design Engineers, ensuring that all circuits are designed and dispatched in a timely and accurate manner to provide quality service to the customer. The Supervisor carries out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and managing workflow, creating goals, and performance appraisals; recognizing, and disciplinary actions, addressing complaints, and resolving problems. Throughout this process, the Supervisor will strive to improve, manage, and monitor the efficiency of Frontier's processes and procedures. In this in-person role, you must report to our610 N Morgan St, Tampa, FL location to complete your work responsibilities. What we need in you:What you'll do:Provide a work environment that cultivates work accomplishments. Ensure that the group is properly staffed. This will include quality checks to ensure accuracy, recognition, training, disciplinary actions, goal setting, and appraisalsEffectively manage all circuit orders that come into their queue in M6 which include: installing, disconnecting, moving, adding, and changing orders by reviewing daily reports in M6 and watching their team's queuesDevelop and change processes as needed to create efficiencies within the workgroupsTroubleshoot and research issues and questions with the Circuit Designers orders in M6. Work with the internal team that works on trouble tickets for M6 to speed up the resolutionThis position will be responsible for 2nd and/or 3rd-level escalations on customer ASRs and Internal Communications – Provide management and customers with information on projects and orders to communicate the direction we should be going to best serve Frontier's customers.Other duties and projects as assigned.What we offer:Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it. Some of which we're most proud to offer include:Salary Range: $54,000 - $184,00020 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per yearDay one medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plan401k match of 50% on 6% of eligible compensationSame-sex spouse and domestic partner benefits coverage10 weeks of paid parental leave, 3 weeks of paid caregiver leave, and up to $10k in adoption program assistance*Represented employee benefits are subject to the terms of their specific bargaining agreements*What background you should have:5 years of supervisory experience including 5 or more years of Access, Transmission, or OSP Engineering and relevant telecommunications experience. Demonstrated knowledge of the following: M6 Order process, budgeting processes, equipment ordering process, troubleshooting, customer service skills, and human resource policies.Must be very adept with the M6 system, DPI, and the Microsoft Office suite of products. Strong organizational skills are required to manage workflow, work queues and projects, and staffing requirements.Strong leadership skills are required with the ability to multi-task and work additional hours during peak activity.BS degree preferred with a strong background in telecommunications or equivalent experience.   Some travel may be requiredAbility to work a flexible schedule as needed (on-call availability)Frontier salaries are estimated by third parties and may or may not reflect actual or total compensation.
