We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with our dynamic executive, bringing your organizational prowess, service orientation, and unwavering commitment to excellence. As the Chief of Staff, you will manage all aspects of our executive's life and administrative needs. From coordinating meetings to handling client billing and managing household affairs, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and enabling our executive's success. Compensation and Benefits: • Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 • Possible Health Stipend • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Opportunities for growth and leadership development Responsibilities: • Manage the current virtual assistant on staff • Serve as the Team Tech Coordinator • Handle client billing and invoicing • Assist in preparing client contracts, forms, and communications • Coordinate group coaching sessions and classes • Maintain databases and facilitate communication • Coordinate executive meetings and capture notes • Travel with the CEO as needed • Manage household affairs and vendor relationships • Conduct light bookkeeping and tax preparation • Coordinate travel arrangements and calendar management • Provide support across various business ventures • Collaborate with the CEO on strategic initiatives Qualifications: • Willingness to travel with the executive at least once a month (expenses paid for) • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving • Ambitious with a track record of success • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in QuickBooks and bookkeeping practices • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Reliability, dependability, and honesty • Commitment to completing projects and tasks with excellence Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000
