Job Description AECOM has a need for a Chemical Warfare Material Manager to based anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the following:
Manage/perform CWM removal under a FFP or CPFF contract for USACE Develop complex technical approaches and competitive pricing for the identification and removal of CWM and/or traditional munitions. Prepare CWM workplans and schedules, managed budgets and quality, and lead field teams during removal actions in the field. Qualifications Minimum Requirements BS/BA in Engineering, Science, or related degree + 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager of federal projects and or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education USACE MMRP experience performing CWM remediation operations. Thorough knowledge of USACE EP 75-1-3 and been involved with the development and implementation of a DDESB-approved Chemical Safety Submission (CSS) to conduct CWM removal actions. Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is required Preferred Qualifications PE or PG Five years working experience at Military Munitions Response (MMR)/CWM sites. Experience with USACE Huntsville Center and Redstone Arsenal, AL Experience managing USACE CWM projects Demonstrated ability to manage projects to scope, schedule, and budget Knowledge of project financial accounting, reporting, and controls Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including both oral and written Advanced report writing skills Organizational management skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work Self-motivated, driven, and hard working Demonstrated proposal-writing skills, Multiple Award Task Order Contract proposals Demonstrated ability to market and win work successfully and effectively.
