Job Description:
CBS is seeking a dedicated and resilient Chat Support Officer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner via chat.2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively addressing customer concerns.4. Assist in developing strategic plans for improving the chat support process.5. Monitor chat trends and customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.7. Handle negotiation and conflict resolution with customers when needed.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or chat support.2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.3. Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills.4. Resilient attitude and dedication to providing top-notch customer service.5. Ability to work independently and autonomously.6.
