Job Description:

Plains GP Holdings is currently seeking a part-time Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to resolve customer inquiries and issues- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience- Collaborate with other team members to address more complex customer concerns- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries and provide insights for process improvements- Assist in training new team members on chat support procedures and best practices- Maintain a high level of cooperation and teamwork within the support team to achieve common goals- Focus on exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight in every interaction

Requirements:- Must be driven and hardworking with a passion for providing excellent customer service- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand and solve customer issues- Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills to work effectively with other team members- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent written communication skills with a clear and professional tone- Proficiency in using chat support software and systems- Knowledge of customer support best practices and processes- High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred
