Responsibilities
• Review client and vendor contract terms and guidelines• Pursue collection efforts to ensure client payment within contractual timeframes• Record client invoices and payments based on contract terms• Prepare journal entries for accurate financial reporting• Assist in preparation of forecasts by identifying trends and projecting client growth• Reconcile purchasing card activity for accuracy• Complete other assigned projects
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with at least 1 year of experience• Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office software, especially Excel• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Excellent analytical skills• Sense of urgency to produce results• Innovation and creativity• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously• Strong leadership skills• Experience with SAP is a plus• Proficiency in handling large data elements is preferred
