Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: $260,000 annually for 0-2 years of experience; $275,000 annually for 2+ years of experience. Sign-On Bonus: A generous $100,000 sign-on bonus. Premium Pay: 1.5x premium pay for excess hours and weekend hours. Shift Differential: Additional compensation for evening and night shifts. Cardiac CRNA Stipend: Additional stipend available for those involved in cardiac care. Retention Stipend: Offered for the first two years to support and retain our valued team members. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality anesthesia services in various settings including the hospital's operating rooms, endoscopy unit, cardiac lab, and ambulatory surgery center. Work independently across different surgical specialties while also supervising associated processes. Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Schedule and Shift Details: This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options available, including 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts. No on-call responsibilities for CRNAs; evening, night, and weekend shifts are covered by in-house CRNAs to ensure work-life balance.
