Successful completion of State Approved Certified Medication Aide and Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program; Name must appear on State Registry as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in good standing. Minimum of 2 years prior experience as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required. Current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs; ALFs as required by state).
