Certified Loan Signing Agent
Certified Mobile Notary Service (Apply with Get.It is now looking for a Certified Loan Signing Agent to work remotely in the U.S. only. Must be a U.S. citizen.
OVERVIEW:
In this role, you will be serving in your coverage area, preparing closing documents, and walking signers through signing their documents in an online closing. We will provide you with the freedom to select your own schedule and regulate how much work you want to do with us.
Once signed up, if you are a new Notary, we will guide you through the training program to learn how the platform works so you can serve your clients by our high-quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be available to serve platform requests by your schedule,
Take incoming RON requests,
Facilitate remote online signings for the clients,
Make sure all required fields are filled in and stamps placed in accordance with the State requirements,
Terminate session if the signer does not comply with the notarization procedure.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must live in an authorized U.S. state for RON.
Active certified online/remote/electronic notary in addition to a traditional notary license.
Required to meet the loan signing agent requirements for your State.

Entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to set ambitious goals for yourself. Must be energetic, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and thrive in taking on responsibility.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up. Be able to work from home, have a professional appearance, and a neat background when talking virtually to your clients.
PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
