Responsibilities
• Coordinate servicing Kingsgate Logistic' clients by covering loads while interfacing with Account Managers, Customer Service Specialists, and Track and Trace.• Establish new carriers by obtaining necessary information from sales reps and carriers.• Handle a high volume of calls from Carriers.• Create a close relationship with Carriers.• Ensure Carrier will provide time pick-up and delivery for clients and troubleshoot any issues preventing timely service.• Verify insurance expiration dates, liability insurance, and additional insurance based on truck type.• Resolve any Carrier issues or concerns.• Ensure all carrier contract paperwork is complete and updated.• Communicate load characteristics and ensure proper tracking methods are applied.• Update Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives on problem loads and implemented corrective actions.• Manage and build Carrier relationships.• Create opportunities to establish preferred carriers for multiple customer lanes.• Coordinate and manage efficient loads to remain cost-effective.• Focus on customer requirements such as equipment type, temperature settings, and locations.• Promote and achieve company profit margin and goal initiatives.• Accomplish organization goals by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.• Maintain confidentiality of pricing, promotion, purchase order, and credit-limit information.• Update and maintain carrier profile information within the McLeod database.• Ensure proper data entry and systems management to support various systems.• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.• Perform other assigned duties.
