Responsibilities
• Provide direct care to residents under direct supervision according to policies and procedures• Ensure care to residents is provided in an atmosphere of comfort, independence, and dignity• Work collaboratively and provide excellent care to older adults• Promote the mission and vision of the organization
Requirements
• Must be comfortable working independently and with others• Must be able to manage time and complete tasks effectively• Must be comfortable working with people with Dementia• Education and/or experience equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma or GED• Required to obtain Food Handler's, CPR, and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire• Must be able to work as part of a team
