Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Mondelez International, a global leader in the snack food industry, is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing customer support to our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order processing, and general assistance.2. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.3. Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products and services.4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records.5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to customers.7. Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.3. Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center technologies.4. Independent and resilient mindset, able to work effectively in a remote environment.5. Attention to detail and strong negotiation skills.6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.7. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
