Arkansas Federal Credit Union is seeking enthusiastic, innovative, and well-rounded individuals to build our team.The role of a Call Center Agent is to serve as an advocate and financial expert dedicated to helping members achieve their financial goals.Primary responsibilities include answering inbound calls from members, building positive relationships, and understanding Arkansas Federal products and services.

Responsibilities
• Answering inbound calls from Members with questions about transactions, account history, services through our online banking platform, and investigating inquiries.• Building positive relationships and earning member trust to retain long-term connections.• Understanding Arkansas Federal products and services in order to enhance member experience.
Requirements
• 7-11 months experience as a call center agent, preferably in a customer-focused environment within the last 2 years.• High school diploma or equivalent education.• Familiarity with the industry and products (preferred).• Proficiency in using call center software and multichannel tools.• Friendly, conversational, and trustworthy demeanor.• Passionate and sincerely concerned for others.
