Business Planning and Analysis, Senior Lead Analyst - SVP - HybridDescription:As part of the O&T Analytics & Decision Management team, the Senior Vice President will work closely with the Business Execution, Finance, HR, and O&T Leadership. Will be responsible for developing senior management presentations by aggregating and synthesizing content, as well as automating and enhancing the work product. Will have the opportunity to work on various key strategic projects for O&T. This position will be providing a platform for continued development and visibility across a global organization as well as exposure to senior management and other functions.Key Responsibilities:Establish and manage strong relationships with a diverse group of senior stakeholders in various O&T groups, to ensure adequate information sharing, reporting, alignment, and communications are in place.Prepare materials for O&T business reviews, Executive Management Team meetings and other presentations as required by the COO of O&T.Aggregate and analyze key metrics, partner with the finance team on preparing budgets, analysis, and financial reporting.Provide project management and support, as well as research activities across a wide variety of O&T initiatives.Drive the standard use of tools and templates to facilitate decision making across the O&T organizations.Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations on strategic issues, as appropriate.Drive productivity/ cost savings initiatives in partnership with the senior management team.Implement a system for tracking and reporting on the progress of our strategic plans.Review and monitor the key performance indicators across the organization.Knowledge/Skills Required:10+ years of progressive experience within financial services and dealing with complex budgets and tracking of key metrics.Demonstrated success in managing deliverables within aggressive timeframes; ability to cope under time pressures.Ability to work collaboratively within a complex organization, across multiple cultures, geographies, and disciplines.Detail-oriented, with the ability to produce quality deliverables while managing multiple projects simultaneously.Exhibits strong leadership and communications skills and ability to think creatively and analytically.Possesses strong problem-solving skills.Proven ability to conduct research/analysis, organize findings and build presentations.Demonstrated project management experience and detailed knowledge of technology products.Working knowledge of Citi, the financial services industry, and financial productsStrong leadership, interpersonal and relationship-building skills are required.Highly effective written and oral communication skills; excellent organizational skillsAdvanced communication/presentation skills; ability to creatively develop new material for a wide variety of constituents.Able to adapt quickly to internal financial tools and processes.Strong team player who can work effectively in cross-organization situations.QualificationsBusiness Administration degree or similar (Operations Management, Management Sciences, Engineering Management, Technology and Management)5+ years professional experience in Project Management, Communications, or Operations & Technology executionExcellent PC and technical skills including MS Excel (Pivot tables, V-Lookup), Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and SharePoint & Collaborate sitesFluent English, written and oralExhibits strong leadership and communications skills and ability to think creatively and analyticallyPossesses strong problem-solving skillsAdvanced communication/presentation skills; ability to creatively develop new material for a wide variety of constituentsExcellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and a collaborative styleEducationBachelors' Degree------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Operations - Core------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Business Planning & Analysis------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Tampa Florida United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$119,680.00 - $179,520.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
