Job Title:Business Operations Manager (Digital) Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of technology team operations. Drawing from your extensive experience and expertise, you will be responsible for managing the Rhythm of Business (ROB), Financial Planning & Analysis, and fostering a positive team culture for hundreds of FTE's. Your role will involve strategic planning, process development, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the smooth functioning of the technology department. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the Rhythm of Business (ROB) activities, including creating an annual calendar to showcase team accomplishments, provide priority training, and enhance employee engagement. Plan and execute monthly operational reviews to address near-range and long-range objectives, team culture, and performance metrics. Organize and facilitate all staff meetings and department offsites, including agenda creation, run of show, and tracking key actions and owners. Collaborate with technology leadership to define Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), track department achievements, and provide status updates via quarterly presentation decks. Manage a team responsible for communicating and educating external suppliers on procedures, ensuring accurate creation of purchase orders, timely completion of goods receipt, and adherence to agile SOW requirements. Act as a central point of contact to resolve operational issues hindering technology delivery, leveraging extensive network relationships across various business groups. Partner with the Finance team to deliver financial forecasts, accruals, goods receipt, and reclassifications, ensuring alignment with the technology operations budget. Oversee day-to-day operational activities, collaborating closely with external groups to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner without impacting delivery timelines. Requirements: Proven experience in business operations management, preferably within the technology sector. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget planning and analysis. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
